Themed, colorful gardens are artfully woven throughout this vibrant landscape,
bursting with blooms in every shade of the rainbow.
The Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival features tours of gardens in all 15 Cape Cod towns.
The festival runs from July 10 to 19. Most of the gardens tours take place from 10am to 4pm; and all cost $5 (cash only) per person as a benefit for a specific local non-profit organization.
Falmouth Art Center’s garden in the Sippewissett neighborhood is nicknamed, “Mermaids to Memories: A Celebration of Color.”
The yard features a half-dozen gardens enlivened by statuary and glorious colorful flowers.
Plein air painters will have easels set up throughout the garden and musicians will be performing as well.
