10 am – 4 pm
This 2 Day Workshop is for any painting medium (oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor, etc.) and is appropriate for intermediate to advanced painters.

Break free from formulas and ignite your intuitive voice in this transformative workshop where color becomes your gateway to fearless creativity. Master colorist, AL Lachman, will challenge everything you think you know about painting to see the world with fresh eyes and take bold risks from the very first brushstroke. You will explore Lachman’s revolutionary techniques for achieving extraordinary luminosity while learning to trust your instincts completely. We will learn how to paint a scene, simplifying it in a way that will put us in control of it immediately with any medium you choose. You will leave with new premises that transform your existing knowledge into continuous discovery and renewed commitment to risking it all every time you create. Though color lights the way, this workshop is ultimately a journey into creativity, expression and self-discovery.
Falmouth Art Center uses email to correspond with students for updates on scheduling, etc. Please check your email to be sure you do not miss any updates.
