10 weeks 

In this introductory wheel throwing class you will learn technical throwing skills to create beautiful objects for your kitchen, with your own personal flair. Weekly demonstrations and instructions will allow you to complete multiple pieces while also getting you hooked on clay.



Fee includes 25 pounds of clay, glaze and firing fee. A tool kit may be purchased for $14. Open studio time, which is scheduled several times throughout the week, is available at no extra charge.

Instructor Bio

Corrinn Jusell is a professional ceramicist working out of Hatch Street Studios in New Bedford, MA. She has recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a BFA in Ceramics, she recently completed a residency at Arch Contemporary Ceramics in addition to an assistantship at Peters Valley School of Craft. She is new to the field of teaching in the past year, teaching at the New Bedford Art Museum and the Falmouth Art Center.
