11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

For ages 7-9

Students will participate in a variety of activities relating to winter such as cutting out and decorating paper snowflakes, gluing white and blue tissue paper onto mason jars to make ‘frosted’ candle holders, and making cards using watercolors, salt, and glue to create a snowy effect. Other possible activities include making snowmen out of cardboard and cotton balls and decorating ornaments. The goal of the course would be to have the students learn the fun of gift giving and to get some much needed no-screen time.

Rebecca will be teaching more Saturday art activities for kids including a Costume Making class on February 16 and an Animal Art class on February 29.

All materials will be provided.
