…Or rather, what kind of violet DO they make? In this workshop, you will learn how to mix pigments in such a way that you will finally get exactly what you have in mind.  Students may work in oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, or pastel.

Falmouth Art Center Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be given within one month of the start of a workshop. Workshops are not pro-rated.  A $25 processing fee is withheld from all refunds.

The Art Center reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment, in which case tuition will be fully refunded.

Materials

Materials List:
All the colors you have in the medium of your choice – but required are:

Ultramarine Blue; Cerulean Blue; Cadmium Red; Permanent Magenta; Cadmium Yellow Medium; Lemon Yellow; Titanium White; Black; Raw Umber

Painting knife for oil and acrylic; brushes for watercolor or gouache
Glass plates or palette for mixing on
Glass or cup for water if using acrylic, watercolor, or gouache
White paper – BFK Rives 250 gsm  (or similar weight paper)
Paper towels
Hair Dryer for acrylic; watercolor; gouache to speed drying
Notebook and pencil
