Fridays, September 20 – November 22
6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
This is the perfect class for those coming out of a beginners session. As repetition is our best teacher, you will learn to create sets of pots that have a relationship with each other through form or by surface aesthetics. How do you make a consistent set of bowls? How do you make a set of cups, or how do I make two different objects relate to each other visually? This class will focus on smaller forms and will employ both hand building and wheel skills.
Fee includes 25 pounds of clay, glaze and firing fee. A tool kit may be purchased for $14. Open studio time, which is scheduled several times throughout the week, is available at no extra charge.
