This is a great  class for teenagers and adults. A great way to present projects, poems, writings, art work…

Over the past few months Christine Anderson has reconnected and renewed her interest in making books.  Join this in person class and learn to make a variety of books.  This class will include making books with different types of bindings. Included will be sewn bindings for folded sheets of paper and single sheets of paper.  The following techniques will be introduced:  single section binding, Japanese binding, the accordion folded book, and a book with multi-sections.  Class discussions will also cover papers and adhesives.

These books will make lovely personal gifts or can be sculptural forms to display your artwork.  Participants will be encouraged to explore each book form in their own personal way.
