POSTPONED until May 26
9:00 am – 4:00 pm

This workshop is limited to 5 participants.  If there is a large enough wait list we will schedule a second day, Sunday, April 22.

Want to try something new or continue to extend your Raku experience?  This workshop is for you.  Prior Raku experience  is not required for participation in this workshop.   The first hour or so will be dedicated to glazing and then 2-4 Raku firings will fill the rest of the day.

Participants should be comfortable around open flames and will be encouraged to participate in the firing process with protective equipment.  Jobs will vary based on Raku experience.

Participants should wear clothing made from natural fibers.  Long sleeves and pants are required.

Materials

Participants are expected to bring several bisque-fired ceramic pieces.  We will fire as many as time permits.

Price includes firing cost and glaze costs.
