Both 2D and 3D art work accepted, including photography. There is no theme for this exhibit.
The Falmouth Garden Club will provide beautiful natural arrangements to accompany some of the artwork in the exhibit as part of a colloboration with the Falmouth Art Center called “Petals & Palettes.”
- Exhibit dates: September 2-26
- Receiving date for entries: Tuesday, August 30, 9am to 4pm in person
- Pick up for pieces not accepted into the show: Thursday, September 1 and Friday September 2, 9am to
4pm - Opening Reception: Friday, September 9 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Accepted works will be posted on the Falmouth Art Center website by the end of the day on Thursday, September 1.

Submission fees for juried exhibits and juried digital entry exhibits:
- members: $15 for first entry, $10 for each additional entry
- nonmembers: $20 for first entry, $15 for each additional work.

Juror: Maryalice Eizenberg
Maryalice Eizenberg is an award-winning artist and Massachusetts native. She was surrounded by a family of musicians who were supportive of her interest in the visual arts. She has been drawing and painting all of her life. Her art education includes course study at the Worcester and Springfield Fine Arts Museums. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clark University, and has studied with accomplished painters John Cosby, Donald Demers, Kim English, Daniel Keys, Gregg Kreutz, Joseph Paquet and Charles Sovek. Dramatic patterns of light and color are what attract her most to a subject.
She has been featured in Cape Cod Life and Chatham magazines and “The Creative Spirit, Art in Chatham’s Old Village.” Her work also appears in Contemporary Cape Cod Artists: People and Places by Deborah Forman.
Eizenberg teaches at the Creative Arts Center in Chatham. She is a member of Oil Painters of America, and Twenty One in Truro. Her work has been shown in a number of museum exhibits both on and off The Cape and is held in private collections in the United States, Europe and Japan.
