Greetings, Artists & Artisans! As we look ahead to our 2020 Annual Holiday Market, we want to welcome those of you who are new and remind returning exhibitors of some details. Each participant must be a member of the Falmouth Art Center. The fee for one year is $65 for an individual.

We welcome original artwork and hand-crafted gifts including jewelry, pottery, accessories, hand woven or hand knit items, sculpture, decorative arts, small furniture, quilted or rug hooked pieces, stained glass, greeting cards, holiday ornaments and more!

  • This is a juried “store,” meaning that we will let you know if we do not think the item or art is a good fit for the store. If you have not previously exhibited in the market please send an image representative of your work to director@falmouthart.org.
  • Even if you have participated before, please let us know in advance if you plan to participate this year.

Re: Original Framed Art on Gallery Walls

Only framed original artwork, ready to hang, will be displayed. Each artist may submit up to two pieces and add artwork as it is sold.

Re: Gifts in Gallery

Unframed and matted prints of artwork must be protected in a plastic sleeve and displayed in a bin. Please provide your own bin. Space may limit the prints displayed. Expect to provide your own display case for jewelry and clothing. You are encouraged to replenish your inventory if it gets low. Space is limited to the equivalent of one-half table per exhibitor, but merchandise by each artist may be displayed on different tables, as determined by art center staff. **The Art Center does not carry insurance on any of the items that are for sale, including hung art. The Holiday Market Committee reserves the right to determine if items are appropriate for the market.

Cashiers:
The gallery needs cashiers to help run the market. It is helpful if each exhibitor can give one half day during the market. Please sign up for a shift.

Weekday: 10am – 1pm and 1pm – 4pm.

Weekend: Saturday from 10am – 1pm and 1pm – 4pm & Sunday from 1pm – 4pm.

Your participation makes the market possible and is greatly appreciated!

Commissions:

60% commission on original artwork and gallery gifts.

40% commission is retained by the Falmouth Art Center.

Submission procedure: The inventory sheet must be completed and all merchandise must be tagged with item number and price. Feel free to display your business card/contact info on your table.
