Exhibition Dates: November 5, 2020 – January 17, 2021

Thursday – Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm
Sunday 12 – 4 pm
All work should be delivered to the museum and received on Monday, November 2, 2020, between 1 – 3 pm.
If you are unable to bring your accepted work(s) to the Cape Cod Museum of Art on the above date and time we will be delivering pieces to the Museum. If you would like to have your piece delivered it must be dropped off at the Falmouth Art Center by noon on Monday, November 2th, with the Incoming Loan Agreement Form filled out.

- All art shall be framed (where applicable) and ready to hang or display.
- FAC Members are encouraged to promote the exhibition
- Artwork will not be offered for sale while on exhibition in the CCMoA. However, the CCMoA will provide contact information to interested parties if provided by the artist. Neither the Museum Staff nor Volunteers will actively participate in commercial transactions.
- Artwork must be picked up on January 18th from 1-3 pm following the exhibition or by special arrangement.
Virtual Video Reception / Artist Statments
In response to the pandemic, the Cape Cod Museum of Art has suspended all gatherings over 25 persons. In response, we would like to create a Virtual Video Reception experience for you, your families and our patrons that will provide an inside viewpoint of you, the invited artists, and your artwork.
To accomplish this, we ask that in addition to your artwork, please bring a short Artist Bio/Statement, approximately 5 to 8 written sentences, describing your personal art background and anything you would like to share about the artwork submission in the exhibition. This will be used by our host to introduce you and your artwork. Please have this statement prepared and present it with your artwork on Monday, Nov. 2nd between 1-3pm, or email your Artist Bio/Statement to email@example.com with FAC Exhibition in the subject line of your email.
For those of you who are a little more daring and comfortable with technology, we have created a upload page for you to submit video, audio and other documents that we will include in this Virtual Video Reception: www.ccmoa.org/fac-upload-page
We would love to see your studio in a short video, and learn more about your creative process or hear an audio clip of you talking about yourself and your artwork. If this seems daunting, maybe you know someone who can help you with this. Please upload your materials as soon as possible. Editing will begin next week and we hope to have the Virtual Video Reception ready for you by mid-November.
